Doula Support
Whats included
Our Doula services allow me to work with you from start of care 28weeks- to 12 weeks postpartum.You will have 24/7 on-call support providing you with an educated birth plan/template, an informational guide that you can refer to through your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period.
This package includes:
-Free 60 min initial consultation via Zoom.
- 2 virtual/2 in person prenatal meetings to discuss options during your pregnancy, labor ,birth and postpartum. One in person visit will be to go over birth plan/template, go over techniques for labor, and chat more about what you want out of your birth! The second in person visit will be to assist you through your fourth trimester ( postpartum).
-available 24/7 via phone and text to answer any questions regarding labor and postpartum starting at 28 weeks.

Starting at 37 weeks Mariah was on call just in case I went into labor and when I finally did at 39 weeks she was there for me even though she has 3 sons of her own and a new baby herself. It was late at night when I went into labor, her and my husband were such an amazing support system. Mariah made sure that I was getting everything I needed, like water. I’m so horrible at drinking it but she made sure I stayed hydrated and kept me informed on everything that was happening during my labor. When my son was born they laid him on my chest and I was so in love for the third time. My son had a little bit of extra fluid that he had swallowed and Mariah made sure that I knew everything that was going on she helped my husband with his duties during labor and after.
